Welcome to Our Space!

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services, located at 65 Ashmore Rd, Torquay, Victoria, and through our booking system, Glofox.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be made through the Glofox platform via our website. Please ensure you provide accurate and complete information.

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled class to receive a credit. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of the class credit or a fee.

Membership Terms

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (depending on your plan) and provide access to classes as outlined in your selected membership.

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required under AU Consumer Law.

Membership Cancellation

Memberships may be cancelled at any time with a minimum of 14 days notice.

During this 14 day notice period, one final payment will be processed, and your membership will remain active until the end of that billing period.

No refunds or partial refunds will be provided for unused time within the notice period.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to ourspaceco@outlook.com.

Membership Holds

Memberships may be paused for minimum 2 weeks and a maximum of 8 weeks. Hold requests must be made in advance and cannot be backdated.

Use of Facilities

You agree to follow all studio rules and respect the space, instructors and fellow students.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate memberships for conduct that disrupts the studio environment.

Liability Waiver

You acknowledge that yoga involves physical activity and inherent risks. By participating, you agree that you do so at your own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, Our Space is not liable for any injury, loss or damage sustained while attending classes.

Intellectual Property

The content on our website and provided in classes, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright laws.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
